Charlotte Trans Health is a collective of multidisciplinary healthcare providers committed to gender affirming care through education, community outreach, consultation, and provision of services to the community. Through collaboration, peer education, and consultation, our members strive to increase access to care through enhanced trans-specialized clinical competency of individual healthcare providers and larger systems of care. Education on gender affirming care ranges from limited to non-existent in most clinical programs, thus our providers fill this gap to increase resources and reduce disparities in the Charlotte area. Providers on this list have previously confirmed that they provide trans-affirming care.
Even during the day, you can join support groups and other community events. We understand how hard it can be to find affirming specialized care for your needs. Our leadership strives to leverage their clinical expertise and privilege to empower the community through combating stigma, fighting disparities, and increasing access to transparent and informed provider options in the region.
